To be honest, I wasn't too sure about this memory book when ordering.With all the glowing 5* reviews, & needing a newborn baby gift, I took a chance.What a delightful book!! It's neutral gender in it's design.Exquisitely made, it is a truely delightful keepsake. It is well beyond what I was expecting.In essence, its a journal, that is written during (& before), baby's first year. Like a diary, but much, much more!With its thick pages, pictures, written accounts & trinkets can be added to this memory book.Written details of relatives, dates, places, events, pictures & any milestones can be added.To be honest, I think this is an excellent idea. Something to be filled in over baby's first year. Like a "time-capsule", to be handed over when "baby" becomes an adult. I would be stunned to have had something like this.The price-tag on this is a tad under £30. But, it is priceless with what it can contain for Baby.I cannot recommend it enough!!

Lovely quality baby memory book with a lively beige linen cover with baby in gold lettering. It's larger than A5 but slightly smaller than A4. The quality of the paper inside is very good and there's a contents page so you can skip to the section you want (numbered pages). There is plenty of space to include photos of milestones such as each month of the first year. If there's a sibling, they are not missed out and can be involved in completing the book as they have their own section. In addition, there is a beige ribbon bookmark to mark where you are in the book or a special page that you would like to refer to often.I got this because my nephew is expecting his first child and I thought this would be a lovely keepsake for him and his partner. Priced £30 at the time of this Amazon Vine review, this is rather pricey but it is very nice in itself and it is nicely presented wrapped in logoed tissue paper inside a sealed and decorated brown cardboard box. I am pleased with this product and am happy to recommend.

The book comes well protected and the linen cover looks elegant and stylish.The pages are thick and turn easily with no risk of tearing. My daughter loves the prompts and the different areas for photos and written thoughts.It would make a great gift at a baby shower or as a present to parents of a newborn baby.At the current price of £29.99 it is good value and worth the money.
